That all depends, if you're getting back in the game then start drinking again....sorry but it's been my reality. Having said that, you are correct. Hydration is your friend. Hangover is really a combination of brain swelling and serious dehydration. Gator Aide, pedialyte, water and advil. Don't use any acetaminophen unless you want liver damage.
But if your going on a bender, I've been on a few....live hard and play hard. Caesers for breakfast, or beer shower and then off to the races again.......hmmm, sounds bad but that's been my reality.
