Looks like nobody wants to share their opinions.

So went and finalized my order.

i went with:
ATE front two-piece rotors
ATE rear rotors
BMW genuine pads front and rear
Bosch sensors all round
BMW genuine fluid

Also going to change rear wheel bearings while brakes are off. For that i went with SKF bearings. This is more preventative. I did have to replace front bearings some time ago and wanted all bearings to be new.
These bearings are not that expensive aswell.

Front brakes have a metal clip that gets rusty/brownish with time, so i replace these each pad change aswell. Keeps calipers looking fresh.

Went with ATE because Zimmermann had really long delivery times.
ATE is OEM for BMW aswell and designes these brake systems. Wierd was that they offer only two-piece design rotors with aluminum hub for the front.

Did not go with any drilled or slotted rotors. Slotted probably reduce pad
life and drilled may crack and have lower rotor life.

I dont track my car so this brake setup should be sufficient.
