Vibration under acceleration

Have a 35i with manual trans making about 475whp. I've noticed light vibrations in the drivetrain when accelerating hard, but when on a ~1000 mile trip yesterday I noticed it quite a bit more, especially in 6th gear.

Going WOT in 2nd or 3rd it doesn't feel super noticeable, but when cruising in 6th and going to pass cars at 3/4 throttle and deep into boost, the vibration became VERY apparent. Not so much that I felt I needed to pull over and stop, but enough so that it now has me trying to figure out what needs to be replaced.

I had a pretty similar situation in my S52 swapped e30 recently and it was a giubo/flexdisc issue, but I would place blame on an improper driveshaft length. Thinking this could be giubo, driveshaft, or diff related. Maybe even trans if I were really unlucky? Ideas?
