I do not think the N55 will be introduced next year. It will at least take 2 years. It is too expensive to get a new engines tested and approved (N.A, Europe, Asia, etc) and sell it less than 3 years.
I guess 2012, model year 2013 will get new engines and a cosmetic update.
I’m curious if BMW introduces a +200BPH 4 cylinder turbo engine, especially the weight saving could be an improvement.
