I watched F2 qualify yesterday and there was a lot of interruptions/Yellow flags, so i'd be surprised today if F1 Qualy is not interrupted few times (hopefully nobody get crashed).
Maybe it's the best tactics to go 1 fast lap at start to have it "in the bag" before mess/rush hour begins
