The Klipsch amp is significantly bigger than everything else. It's lined up with the speakers; 1" from the crowned baseboards on the wall, but it sticks out at least 6" further than the speaker.
The two Polk Audio tower speakers are exactly 8" away from the left & right sides of the audio/video shelf. From the bottom left and right corners of the LG wallpaper television, the speakers are 4" away.

I don't know man, I keep looking at the alignment of those two components I mentioned earlier and it still bothers me. I think you might be using the wrong baseline to line up to. Looking at your audio system from the front, one can't see whether they're lined up with your speakers. Furthermore, these should be lined up at the front because no one can see the depth of those components.
