Great post man! I will personaly never drive a track. I have the Autobahn if I need that itch scratched and I don't normally need to worry about the dude in the Ford C-Max loosing control in the corner in front of me. As you mentioned, insurance... Most insurances have a sporting events clause and typically just driving on a race track is considered "Participating in a sporting event".
