your add line ----> "Lease end buyout is $40,902" is slightly confusing do you mean $40,902-" residual (once all lease payments have been made?) or do you mean lease payments and residual? perhaps you like to change the line slightly to avoid confusion. EDIT ---> I assume you mean "residual" is $40.902- after monthly payments have been completed.
