Proceed V5 issues - New 2009 2010 BMW Z4

Hey guys, im some of you may have Proceed in your Z4's, i had it in my 335 and it worked well... however im having issues with this tune in my 2010 Z4 35is, basically when i plant my foot suddenly (sport or sport+ mode, AT) the car dies, loses power and then screams back to life!! any suggestions?

I note when the car is cold it does seem to happen..?

Any suggestions?

thats scary. I am tihnking of installing procede in my car...

hey not sure what it is at this stage... dont think its serious, could just need some TLC and a laptop, will let you know what happens when i hear from the tech in Sydney.
