Fitting Rear Speakers - New 2009 2010 BMW Z4

i thought the car came with basic rear speakers but after trying the fader control i realise there aren't any despite there being grills. tight wads

is the wiring in place behind the grills and if so what speakers fit?

My car has the basic hifi and it has rear speakers (albeit they're on the quiet side).

If you set the fader to rear only do you get any sound because I don't!
Be honest I haven't put my ear to them so if they are working then they are connected to the fronts

ok i do have rears but they are so quiet they might as well not be there?

They are quieter but still audible. Everyone thinks they should be loud but they're attenuated to ensure they don't overpower the main drivers.

They're essentially to provide a surround or special sound.
