That is a very unfortunate situation. I know a lot of people are hesitant to go with big wheel manufacturers, but it is situations like this that justify the extra price tag. I hope everything works out for you.

When browsing through the pictures of your Z4 (which is a true beauty) I ve been questioning myself why you put down those rims. IMHO Z4 with that wheels was perfect. Now I ve got the answer

I ve been considering buying those wheels...now I m glad I didnt.

I am sorry for the inconvenience which your sales rep might have caused; we’ve setup pickup for the damage wheel which Rennen will cover for the international shipment to determine the authenticity and inspect the wheel in our facility which we will X-Ray to examine the 6061 T6 aluminum for possible issues on that forging which was used to know exactly what may have caused this to happen to your wheel. We are going to warranty this issue 100% for you. We stand firm and strong behind our product. I have been informed that your wheel is already cut and being finished. Here is the picture of the newly cut replacement wheel, which we cut to quicken this process without examining your wheel. There seems to have been a miscommunication somewhere and we deeply apologize for the lack of communication on both sides. If you have any questions please give me a call at 909-444-7974 and ask for John.

i just want to inform fanatics that i am still fighting for my right with RENNEN.

almost 6 months passed and still no replacement or refund. they want ME to pay shipping cost for returning the wheel back to the US.

communication with that company is a pain in the ass. it takes 1 week to get an answer to an email.

the only way to help myself is posting in forums!!! as soon as i start posting they start calling me.

BEWARE OF THAT COMPANY!!!!!!

Man that sucks to hear. I've been reading your old post about this problem and I can't believe you are still fighting with them. They came out and pretended that they are handling this issue but in fact are still just screwing with you. For me, I would seriously make an effort to show the world how bad they are even if it means not getting $1 back. This is about integrity. If I got an expensive wheel that cracked I would seriously hunt down the owner and give him a personal beat down. I can't imaging travelling with my loved ones and having one of those shitty wheels crack and ruin everything.

Sorry to hear they still have not corrected the issue. This should have been handled WAY before all of this escalated to this level.
