Crazy "is" Residuals!

Anyone in the market for an "is" should jump on May's rates. 82% for 24 months @ 10k a year! Plus many of these Zs have been on dealer's lots for months so there is plenty of room to negotiate.

My local dealer had one listed online, but it sold 2 months ago and they never took it off their site

Thanks for the tip! I'm test driving a 35i tomorrow before putting in an order, but running the numbers with the 35is residual you gave it may be cheaper to actually order a 35is!

I stuck with the 35i instead of the is, but anyone looking for a 35is should really move on the lease deal right now. MSRP of $66,000 had a payment of $703/month with taxes included and $0 down.

If only you had time to experience ED...Try $370ish, $0 cap red, for a $70k Z

http://www.bimmerfest.com/forums/sho...d.php?t=541401

BTW, I would double check that $703 figure. If you run the #s with MSD and find a dealer willing to negotiate aggressively, you could shave off a few hundred bucks.

My final quote was $657/mo with 12,000 miles a year and for 24 months. MSRP of around $58,000 and selling price of $53,950. $0 down, only first month's payment due at signing, $0 in MSDs.

Yes that is a crazy residual. Do you really think that the car will only depreciate by $4050.00 in two years? More like $4k in 2 weeks!

I understand the desire to take advantage of such an aggressive lease, but just make sure you read all of the fine print and make sure that the residual is locked in stone. In the end, somebody is going to be loosing a chunk of money on this deal.

Exactly...more like a drop in $4k once you drive it off the lot!

But these are in fact BMWFS #s and all their leases are closed-end. Just walk away at the end of 2 years if you wish.

Yeah, I placed an order for one... then now I'm having second thoughts as it may be better to use the money to get two new cars (1 for girlfriend). Ugh, so conflicted.

Yeah i saw that last night. Unfortunately i still have 5-6mo left on my current lease so to jump on a 2yr lease now wouldnt help.

Im prob gonna do the BMW Select program, put 20k down and pay like 3-400/mo

For those ordered, what is the ED invoice that CA use? Is it 14% off us MSRP or lower?

See Post #4 and click the link over to Bimmerfest. Everything is broken down in that thread.

I'm probably a tool for asking this, but I've been searching for more on this leasing info today, and the best that I've come up with is this:

"Well equipped with Base, 7 speed Double Clutch, Premium pkg and Destination.

$499*/month for 24 months.

• $499 First months payment
• $2750 Down payment
• $0 Security Deposit
• $725 Acquisition Fee
• $3974 Cash due at signing

*Lease financing available on 2011 BMW Z4 sDrive35is vehicles, only at participating BMW centers on leases assigned to BMW Financial Services NA, LLC/Financial Services Vehicle Trust through May 31, 2011. Monthly Lease payments of $499.00 for 24 months based on MSRP of $65,875.00. Vehicle may need to be ordered. Total Lease payments are $11,976.00. Excludes tax, title, license and registration fees. Program available to qualified customers and not everyone will qualify. Subject to credit approval. See participating dealer for details. Dealer contribution may affect terms. Lessee must cover insurance and all items not covered under the BMW Maintenance Program. At lease end, lessee will be liable for disposition fee ($350.00), any excess wear and use as set forth in the lease agreement and excess mileage charges of $0.20 per mile for miles driven in excess of 20,000 miles. Purchase option at lease end for $54,018.00 excludes taxes. Lessee acquires no ownership interest unless purchase option is exercised. See participating BMW centers for details and vehicle availability. For more information call 1-800-334-4269. Special lease rates and pricing may not be reflected throughout www.bmwusa.com. All figures presented are estimates only. Actual selling price may vary. Please see your BMW center for details. Ultimate Service covers all factory recommended maintenance on all new vehicles, as determined by the Service Level Indicator, for 4 years or 50,000 miles, whichever comes first. Exclusions from coverage: gasoline, gasoline additives, windshield washer additives, tires, wheels, wheel alignment, tire balancing and rotation. All work must be performed by an authorized BMW center. See the Service and Warranty information booklet for more details and specific terms, conditions and limitations. ©2011 BMW of North America, LLC. The BMW name, model names and logo are registered trademarks."

Excluding the ED option, I can't seem to get anything close to even the mid $400s for a payment without putting +~$4000 down on an 35IS.

Can you guys give me some insight on how/where some of your numbers are coming from? Has anyone received a deal this good?

TIA for tips!

I just got some quotes today.

Best i got from a friend who owns a leasing company.

Z4 35i
Alpine White/Coral Red
Msport
Premium
Premium Sound
Cold Weather
Navigation
Comfort Access
Park Assist
BMW Apps
Automatic High Beams
Iphone Snap-in adapter

MSRP - $67,072
Sale Price - $62,265
Invoice - $61,765
24 month lease / 10k miles per year
$5,490 due at signing(Includes $3850 MSD's/tax/title/inception fees)
$530 per month

Im paying 524/mo right now for my G37 which had an MSRP of ~45k so this is a SICK deal.

Im 99% jumping on this at the end of the month.

The best part is, 2 of my friends just got 335's and theyll be paying more than me hahaha

So do I man, i live in NYC.

Just get a set of winter wheels and tires or just tires and swap em out and you should be fine.

I live in NJ, I have SUV now that I will trade in. My girl keeps busting my balls that this car is not practical but women just don't understand. She is more concerned with the color

where in jerz?

Most parts really dont require an suv or awd for that matter. They start plowing as soon as it snows so its not that big a deal.

I had no probs the last 3 yrs with my RWD G, as long as i had my winter setup on i was fine.

+1 on a separate set of winter tires/rims.

My Z has experienced 2 PA winters so far w/dedicated winter set-up and no problems.

However, I also have an X5d for those nastier winter days

STOOF - can you pass on your friend's info so I can possibly get in at the same price? I would get almost exactly the same packages you have listed, only with the addition of DCT. Btw, I'm from the G35NYC forums, just sold my G back in Feb finally.
