Recycled footage from the presentation. But still, I think it's one of the best looking BMW's ever and by far the best looking roadster on the market. She's a brilliant designer!

Yes. Tape as in manual pencil on paper drafting. They call it contour tape. How we used to draw curves before the advent of Autocad, ProE, etc. Kinda of like pinstripe tape except with the adhesive of painters masking tape. Low residue & low tack.

She's hardly gushing about it is she? In an American OTT sort of way, guess that's the level headed engineering Germanic side of her..? I'd be raving about it if it was my design being realised?

I don't want to be sexist or anything, but I'm extremely surprised that this vehicle was designed by a female designer.

The current Z4 truly satisfies exactly what she had in mind. Muscular and sexy at the same time. Possibly satisfying both gender.
