Great Driving Roads

The first one looks a little like the Tail of the Dragon!

Enjoy!

Those are awesome Teague, make for some good wallpapers! I like the roller coaster (2nd one) and the circular one around the dam or lock!

Thx for sharing.

Road to Hana on Maui. Over 600 turns in less than 50 miles. You can't go fast but with the beautiful scenery you won't want to. Just did this one a couple of weeks ago.

Nice Photos Teague

The third one down looks very familiar I stopped there this past August and took the picture below. Your photo number 7 also looks very familiar I think it is the road thru the Mohave Desert, I took several pictures there too (one of them below). It was very hot that day in the Desert 120 F where we stopped at about 6 feet above sea level

Sounds wonderful, how would you compare it to California's Coastal Highway Number 1?

Rolf,
The road to Hana is mostly one lane and no guard rails. Rock wall on one side and a shear cliff on the other. The view puts Hwy-1 to shame. You travel from lush jungle to arid lava beds. Black sand beaches, 400ft water falls. I will resize and post up some pics we took along the route.

Rte 100 through Vermont, and the mountain passes off it like the Middlebury and Lincoln Gaps, are also great roads.

I think I recognize a couple of those from Tour de France videos.

Truly awesome!

Are you sure you didn't get that way after we reviewed your car reviewer review web site?

Then again, Mini's do have a short wheelbase - I can see how someone might get nausea driving on that road in a Mini.

All kidding aside, best of luck to you on your web site.

Cheers
