Paris Autoshow 2010 Live Coverage: BMW Z4 sDrive35is in Atacama Yellow - New 2009 2010 BMW Z4

One of the first things to catch your eye at the BMW stand in Paris this year has to be the BMW Z4 sDrive35is in Atacama Yellow. I believe this is part of the Limited Edition Design Pure Impulse package originally intended for the UK (and seen here: http://e89.zpost.com/forums/showthread.php?t=404269). The matching color arrangement of the Pure Impulse package combined with the sDrive35is drivetrain makes this car the best Z4 one can have at the moment! No word yet if these design elements will be available world wide or not

i like that color, but don't care about inside having the yellow accent. I like the using of ALcantra interior on the seats, but not too sure on the dashboard mixed with the plastic dash.

Before they come out with any special editions, they first need to figure out how to sell this car... The car is virtually unsellable to anybody with car buying sense. The lease numbers and residuals are ridiculous, not to mention the fact that the IS model is nearly 70k! To lease this car, you are talking 1100 and although theres 0.9% financing, the price that BMW wants is absurd. These cars are selling VERY slowly, as we are seeing about 2 out of the 300+ we sell per month.

Wow that color is nice! It is not like your regular ricer-yellow, has a nice warm-orange hue to it. Might be the first yellow non-lambo/ferrari car I like.

Hate the color, but I'm still hoping to grab a new Z4 next year after my lease is up. I've seen a few lease deals around me for $500/mo with $1,000 down.
