Please help, problem with Andreas, Prochip - New 2009 2010 BMW Z4

I ordered the freeTV module (cost 260 euro) from Prochip via ebay. Unfortunately the item was lost during DHL shipment. It's been 3 months now. I filed the dispute with paypal, but can't get the refund. I send several emails to Andreas Prochip, but no reply.He should have the claim from DHL by now, but he just ignore my mail

Can someone help me please.
