You note its copyright of course? So you can't use it unless you buy it? Even then its likely restricted for use... Use it at your peril as they can prosecute you if they see you using (C) materials...

Doesn't matter... copying someone else's work, commercially or otherwise, that's copyrighted is illegal.

As someone who's had their work copied, its not a nice feeling. Buy someone else's work to be fair to them.
