New Z4 in Philadelphia, PA - BMW Main Line Dealer - New 2009 2010 BMW Z4

Got an email from my dealer in Philadelphia (BMW Main Line) saying that the new Z4 would be in the showroom for 2 days. Took some pictures yesterday. The pictures don't do justice to the car; it loooks so much better in person.

I certainly do hope it looks better in person.

So far I think its hideous.

To me it's also lost the spirit of what a roadster is. Pure top down minimalistic driving pleasure.

Nothing but a decent radio, wind in your hair, and a winding road.

Too many electronics now.

I saw the car about a week ago at the Melbourne international motor show and gotta say its a real let down. There are some parts that look great from the side, but the rear is too long and front is terrible it points downwards so much its hard to see anything but bonnet when your infront of the car.
The interior is awesome though i liked it alot. Here are some terrible pics. Also at the show was the M1 concept car :P

I think it looks pretty good. Looking forward to taking the turbo out for a test drive. I wonder when BMW will update the car configuration tool on its site?

I think the front section of the car from the side looks a little bit like the old Z3. Especially the line of the hood.
