Is your z4 stock e89?
I'm thinking of going to thunderhill, and I'm wondering how stock car will do. Especially brake and tires(still on runflat). I'm a beginner so probably won't push the car really hard.

Awe man! I would have definitely signed up for that event persian54, since I've been wanting to track mine. Going to be in Italy starting July 1st for 2 weeks. Hope they have another similar event. Thanks for sharing.

I had a Jb4 in it, but I put it on Map 0 (so it acts like stock) since it was pouring rain lol Z4 performed really well nonetheless I'm a beginner to intermediate so I'm sure if I was an advanced driver the runflats would suck, but I was fine and had fun Which is the main key. I'm not going out there to race anyone; rather I'm there to improve my driving skills, have fun in a (relatively) safe and controlled environment. I say relatively cause driving 2 ton cars with 300+hp is never realllllly safe lol Quote:
There's an event July 30 and 31st at Streets of Willow See here: http://www.m3post.com/forums/showthread.php?t=547212 But that isn't too close to SF lol Maybe make a weekend trip out of it? The nearby Motel is about $60 or so per night (I think) and it's pretty decent. It's no luxury resort but it's not too bad, especially for the cheap price.
