How much time to "ignite"

Hello,

z35i DCT, 5,000KM so far, i noticed that sometimes ignition takes a while when the button is pressed to start the engine. Could not figure out if this is done under specific circumstances, but at first it was just a quick press of the button to ignite, while now (sometimes) it seems to take more...never failed though...

Any thoughts please?

Sounds like the HPFP issue...

So, i guess i will have to contact service on that...to be pro-active...just in case....
And if it is the worst case scenario and there is a faulty HPFP issue, does that mean it will come again in the future? After replacement?
So far my only indication is the from time to time "unwillingness" to start when "touching" the button...
Do you think i might consider any other issues? ie. fuel quality, humidity, temperature...while in Greece we mostly face the first one...
Thanks!
