DME relay

Hello, I am having an issue with a e89 35i, the car is not starting. I have checked the fuses and am not getting power to the fuses that are powered by the DME relay,

Can anyone advise me on where the DME relay is located?

EDIT: The DME relay is integrated into the junction panel(fusebox) it is controlled Via a ground signal from the DME

It is located in ECU panel, under all of the wires. I lost my DME one week ago and fixing just cost me $2k includes part which is $1,5k + reprograming + installation. I was just installing to JB4 and I guess I switched the wires. Thats why it happened to me. I hope you will not be in same position.
