Install advise: front CF spoiler, side skirts and rear diffuser

I did some searches here and on Google with no luck. Has anyone here installed the front CF lip spoiler, CF side skirts, or rear CF diffuser that can pass along tips or reference for doing this job?

Thanks!

Filippo

its stupid simple.
for the lip use 3M double sided tape and the screws that come with the lip.
The side skirts just screw in. you will need to put the car on jacks to get the screws in.
the SF spoiler, again just use 3M tape. make sure you line it up before.

it will take you 2 hours at most to do everything...

Interesting ... no screws with my front spoiler. Looks like factory mount points? Possibly existing factory screws? Guess i"ll figure that out... thanks ...

Depends on the lip. My 3D design lip for the non-M bumper came with 4 screws that went into the edge of the stock bumper.

My side skirts came with no mounting hardware. I decided to use BMW expanding plastic rivets (those with the panhead which you press into the rivet). I'll drill out the stock skirts and holes in the CF side skirt to fit the 6mm rivets. I think I'm going to put a long run of 3M automotive double stick tape along the outer edge, just so everything locks in tightly.

In regards to the lip, you'll want to use a heat gun to makeep more pliable. Be warned you'll probably get a scratch or two but the lip covers it. I had mine professionally installed btw.

3m tape (not a substitute) is a must for any part that is part that gets hit by air moving around the car. It will secure the part to the car and keep it from vibrating against the paint.
