I know what you mean about the dry run. I added 1200 sq ft to a home I lived in about 12 years ago as a dry run to build my masterpiece. I quickly discovered that I don't have the patience to deal with sub-contractors and wisely disabused myself of that notion.

I bought a tiny flat with a horrible layout just to practice and to test out a few ideas. Since I'm far from normal, I'm going to move our family in that because that way I will finally have to get rid of most of the stuff I've collected over the years. Since we have no idea where we are moving next, this exercise was mainly done to piss off the kids.

I hope this will finally cure me from my nature themes. The ceiling we put in AND FINISHED PUTTING in yesterday nearly killed me.

I just want to know who is responsible for cleaning the seats. That could change the whole nature of the deal. Especially in that beater Taurus (yes, the "beater beater" you might call it.) I mean, think about it. Giving handys to the passenger and the driver's taking it in ass for payment. It's a double horror up front.

I mean, you know it has cloth seats.
