My new 35is!! What do you think?

ZPosters...
Took delivery of my 35is a couple weeks ago and wanted to throw a few pics up for your viewing pleasure.

AW/Black/Carbon Aluminum
Debadge
Gloss Blacked tail pipes
AW painted roll over loops
20% Tint all around including windshield
H&R Springs
Blacked Z4is Badge
Painted front reflectors
Golf Tee mod....Although I put it back to stock as I didn't really notice any difference in pitch

Still to come:
JB4
SmartTop Mod
Gloss Black Kidneys
Black vinyl on lower front bumper section

Then ...DONE!
Enjoy

PS: Does anyone know if you can turn the daytime angel eyes off??

You are just screaming for someone to key you parked like that!!!

You forgot to mention your mini antenna as one of your mods.
If you have idrive you can turn off your DRLs.

Thumbs up

Those painted roll hoops look super-slick, did you have to do any special prep to get the paint to stick? I would love to have mine in a matte black or DSB.

Your car looks great. I had my roll bars painted when I took delivery of my Orion Silver. In my case the Orion Silver clashed with the silver roll bars. The dealer did a great job on mine as well. I do not believe they had to do any type of prep work to get the paint to stick.

Parkstaff, that's a great looking Z4 and the mods take it up a notch in terms of making it even more special. Maybe we can compare notes in person one of these days when we're visiting in your area - our son lives fairly close to Raleigh. Our 35i was custom ordered and was the very first 2010 delivered in the U.S. and before it arrived we had a spare set of rollover hoop rear covers painted and ready for installation (those silver color covers were the only thing we very seriously disliked about the car and insisted they be changed before we would agree to place the order). Here's a photo pre-stubby antenna:

Also wanted to thank ZheHbKa for the reminder about being able to switch off the DRL's. It worked just as you said!

Best regards,
Ed

No Prep really....Super easy to snap off. Then just a light spray primer. and 2-3 coats of paint. Bought AW paint in a 12 oz spray can off of ebay for $24 shipped...
Cheap mod that looks good IMO
