I am grateful but....

Trust me I am grateful I don't have more to worry about......but I hate that is is forcasted to be 85 degrees and sunny tomorrow but I cannot put the top down. I have horrible seasonal allergies and the pollen is out in full force in SC. Yellow stuff all over plus sneezing and itchy eyes. No medicine helps me this time of year (plus I wouldn't want pollen all over the inside of my car). Anyone else with this problem?

Yes. I have to use a combo of allergy pill, medicated eye drops and nose spray, all prescription.
See an allergist, it did wonders for my wife who has allergies & asthma.

I'm in Spartanburg this week and you're right about the pollen level!

Come a bit further south to Columbia and the pollen is even worse. Never saw such pollen until I moved here.

The eastern seaboard is that way, I’m going to an allergist next week! Still better than the cold. retired military here and lived all over... retired to Florida for driving topless... so to speak.

So......if I understand this correctly, who are driving topless and topless. Keep a shirt on or it will get confusing!!!

I know this may seem gross but what has helped immensely with serious allergies is a netty pot each morning.

Heck, we just ordered our E89 and we got 4" of snow yesterday. I guess it's a good thing it won't be here until August.

just do it everyday during your allergy season even if you think you do not need to - works like a charm for me and I have it bad

I drive with the top down even in allergy season. I just take some basic precautions:
- hose down the car before getting in if it's covered in pollen
- avoid driving early morning or early evening when pollen is at its worth (hard to do if you commute)
- wear a hat while driving. Good to avoid sunburn anyway.
- I rinse my face and hair as soo nas I get back home, then an eye rinse

This helps keep the fun-to-misery ratio high enough to enjoy the Z4!
