I have 3 questions below:

1) Is it OK & safe to always use the "Sport" mode on the city street and highway? Does it wear out the engine using "Sport" mode all the time?

2) When do you usually the "Sport+" mode?

3) I personally don't feel much different using the "Sport" & "Sport+" mode. Can anyone tell me the difference using the "Sport+" mode?

Thanks for the advices in advance!
So far nothing, and I'm a daily Z driver (putting about 42,000 miles in 3 years). Always put it in sport or sport + mode and rarely i leave it on Comfort mode. I have a jb4 along with other mods and so far so good.

Thanks Supercarfreak, do you know if it takes more gas on sport or sport+ mode than comfort? I am assuming it does since it seems to accelerate faster comparing to comfort!

Yeah it does because gearshift program changes from economical -> sport. Engine will have higher rpm before gear change. Would be nice to know how much in different settings...

This assumes you are leaving the transmission in "D" (or the equivalent, not sure what it's called as I never drive like that, might be "DS" or whatever) and not switching it over to manual.

I believe regardless of transmission setting the car will consume more gas in Sport mode than Comfort mode as the throttle is remapped in that mode.

Also, side note, if you're worried about fuel economy you ain't driving it right
