0-60
I've read that the SDrive35i is going to do 0-62 in 5.0 sec with the DCT gearbox (5.1 without). But, from reading the numerous forums, people generally say that BMW are conservative with their timings.
If that's the case, do people believe that this car will do 0-60 even quicker than what they're claiming (sub 5 secs)? That really is getting close to the M3's straight line speed (well, it's claimed 0-60, at least)... |

I believe if I am not mistaken that BMW claimed 4.9 sec 0-60 for the Z4M and magazines timed it at 4.6 - 4.7. So, likely a couple of tenths under stated by BMW

The thing I find weird is that, the european BMW sites quote a 0-100km/h time of 5.2 in manual, now compared to the manual 335i which is quoted as 0-100km/h in 5.5s (which is more in keeping with European test, always seem to be different to American, I don't know why), but the quoted kerb weights are within 20kg of each other, so why do they quote the Z4 with a 0.3s quicker sprint?
