ESS to stock with a dead battery

I'm having battery related problems with the car, have to jump it every time. I'm running ESS and I want to revert back to stock settings before going to dealer. Would you recommend installing the standard setup while the car is hooked up to another car's battery? Anyone with similar experience?

I wouldn't risk it. Maybe put the car on a trickle charger, make sure the voltage is good, then reflash while on charger
