Gauge cluster dome trim removal

Anyone know of a video or tutorial on removing the dome trim piece over the gauge cluster? Thanks!

All pictures i have seen seems molded into dash. The surround trim on my car has 2 stress cracks. Have looked around for 2nd hand but looks like need to buy the whole dash from breakers.

So I have confirmed that it is a separate piece but requires removing the part of the dashboard at the level of the vents to access the screws.
