UPDATE!!!
YES SURE IT IS GREEN as gold... before connecting it to the charger the batter read out 11.34V.. after charging it yesterday. then .. I reconditioned the battery overnight and afterwork today... Black turn to green now battery read at a steady 12.38V I will leave it off the charger over night and get a reading tomorrow and see if it holds the charge. i had the CTEK MU7002 connected under the hood positive red and ground black connections. i was going to connect the ring connector on the battery i'll try that one out next time around... So I'm assuming i don't have to reset the clock every time i drive the car and not get a weird warning alarms.... Happy guy here not spending battery anytime soon... and this battery is more than 6 years old |
