VMR 710s Installed

Thank you EAS for the good customer service and quick shipment. The 296s are off and we loved them, but of course, they cracked. Tell us what you think of the new shoes.

Very nice. The wheels really bring it all together. How are you liking the exhaust?

The Eisenmann exhaust is awesome and the sound kept getting better with break-in. This car puts down very stealthy power (I like to surprise people, especially those in "muscle" cars) - the final mod would be some downpipes to bring all of the performance together in one sweet package; maybe someday ESS or someone will put a set out. I am also thinking about some H&R sport springs. The final piece would be a brake package with silver Brembos up front, 4 new slotted Brembo rotors, Ferrodo pads?, and stainless steel lines.

Does anyone sell that package?

Are those 20"? They look huge. No issues with rubbing around the fenders?

Thanks Teague And Stickshifter

Nope, the car has always been black sapphire

The wheels are 19s - I think 20s are just too big for my taste but I agree these VMR 19" look huge

I will recommend to everyone again - put the new Michelin Pilot Super Sports on your car as they are truly amazing. The Continental DW set before these were great but WOW, the Michelins are at a whole new level

Hi Vintage, do you mind sharing the specs of the wheels (width, offset + tire size)? I'm getting tired of the wheel gap in my 18s and thinking of switching to 19s as well to solve that problem, I think your height is just right for my taste. Yours isn't lowered by the sport suspension, right?

Any info is appreciated! Thanks!

rfx45 - we have the Sport Package with the Adjustable Suspension settings but other than that, there are NO suspension modifications of any kind; so what you see is the factory setting.

As for the wheels:
VMR 710s in Hyper Silver
19" x 8.5" +35mm (front)
19" x 9.5" +33mm (rear)

The more I look at the car with these new wheels, the more I like it over the OEM 296s. No rubbing problems at all.

Thanks for the wheel specs. With the adjustable suspension, that means yours is 10mm lower right?

I guess mine would still have a big wheel gap even w/ 19s. Eibach needs to just release the springs for the N20 already.

Not compatible with the N20 engine yet just like Eibach last I checked.

Looks amazing! What are your tire sizes with these rims? I was thinking of going the same specs but I am afraid of rubbing esp with a offset of 33 in the rear. Will i be fine? And when you say adaptive suspension, its the one that comes with the factory sport package correct? Sorry I am confused...
