Check out this link
http://www.detailersdomain.com/Leath...ner_c_103.html

The whole site is filled with great detailing supplies (things professionals use) and you won't be disappointed with any product you find here. As far as what is on that page, 1Z einszett makes great products and Adam's is another great company (I have a gallon of their carpet and upholstery cleaner).

I'm not too sure if you can find either one in a storefront in Ca, but you can easily buy this on that site.

As for instructions, I've always referred to detailingbliss

This is an on-going thread on caring for BMW Leatherette

I've used Gliptone Liquid Leather for years. I used to have to order it from the UK which took forever. But now they sell it it on Amazon so it's much more convenient

EDIT: Looks like it's no longer Amazon Prime shipping. But here's the kit:

I use meguiar's all purpose cleaner diluted with a lot of water twice a year to clean and sonax foam conditioner every 3-4 months. Any foam would apply better than liquid/creamy gel on our porous leather.

If you love a the smell of new leather this Zaino is it. I have been using it for the past 6 months and it is a Winner. I was using Lexol cleaner and protectant but is only OK compared to the Zaino. This forum turned me on to the complete Zanio exterior and interior systems. Best ever in my opinion.

Lots of people saying great products here, but no one saying what to avoid, so I'll do that.

Stay away from armor all!!!!

That stuff will destroy any plastics or leather it touches and leaves a greasy film that is terrible and disgusting. The big thing with armor all is that it coats the plastics and leathers to give it a "nice" shine and clean look. But those chemicals never soak deep into the material. This means that what ever moisture is left inside the material (which is a good thing to have) evaporates and dries out (not a good thing). All of these other products (Adam's, Zaino, 1Z, Meguiars) have formulas that soak into the material and moisturize it. Keeping it healthy and fresh - never dried out and cracking. That's why you always here people say Armor All dries out your interior - despite it looking so shiny and "wet".
