front m bumper removal?.

Does anyone know how to remove an e89 m front bumper?. I saw a thread from another member but his was the non-m bumper. Could the process be the same?, any feed back would be appreciated.

Its the same for removal/installation of either M or non M bumper cover. That's why they are interchangable.
