If your car is not lowered, I doubt they will. I assume you have 18" wheels. I have 245/40-18 on the front and no problems at all.

After the run flats wore out, I went with Continental DWS tires and upped the rears to 255/40/18 tires from the original 255/35/18. The extra sidewall and more importantly them not being run flats improved the ride significantly.

I went over lots of bumps that fully compressed the rear suspension, and the little bit of extra tire height never rubbed or caused any issues.

another size to consider is 265/35/18 instead of the stock 255/35/18

There is technically a little bit more sidewall with the 265/35

I have this size for Dunlop ZII using stock rear wheels and so far so good, no rubbing. My car is not lowered and is set to -1.6 degrees rear camber

Guys i'm about to change the wheels also. The current wheels are just too heavy. HRE R43. Assuming going with a ET close to OEM ones, what size do you guys think i should go with tries and wheels?

18x8.5
18x9.5
235/45/18
255/40/18

Hello,

New to the forum here. Im buying a set of MT tires for drag racing. Do you think these tires will fit in 11x28x16? Will 16" wheels cover the 320mm rear brakes?

Thank you
