Try something different, DRL LEDs on lower grills

I made this custom made LED strips on the lower grills, use as Daytime running light

I have my local shop do this for me.
By using the mid-grill part, Hand cut with small saw, insert a piece of acrylic (trim and curved) then put a small strip of super bright 5050 led strip behind the acrylic.

for wiring: connect to the H8 angle eyes bulb

I think of doing this for long time, but no local shop in Hong Kong would like to do it for me. (too risky)

Well done Z4 phuket!

How hard is it to fit your LED H8 replacements? Do they fit right in?

Why would you like your Z4 to look like an Audi?

This LED came with a grasping tool to turn the H8 bulb out. They fit perfectly

Don't let the naysayers bother you, Phuket. They feel free to criticize, but ask them what they have created lately - "let's compare notes".

IMHO, your installation is very clever and has a unique look that fits the Z4's persona very well. Not at all like an Audi. Just remember whenever you create something new or unique there's always someone there to try and tear it down.
