Gruppe M!!! CF air intake. Now with PICS

My Gruppe air intake just arrived today.
I got it installed and cant wait to take a ride.
1. the sound it makes: fantastic, lower than original manufactured.
2. power gain: not too much, but I can feel it, maybe it's mentality

Anyway it's good quite enjoy it today.
Pics is coming later on, Tmr.

If anyone in melbourne aus want one. I can recommend a place to go for tuning, body kit etc.

Cheers

Hey nice looking air intake! How does this affect your original factory warranty? I wouldn't mind getting one, but always am worried about voiding the factory warranty. Thanks.

I talked to a service manager of the dealer. He said it wont affect the warranty.
However, if the car have problem in which part you have changed they wont fix it for you. For example, if you change the air intake, but they find a problem in exhaust system, you can still get the warranty.
Anyway, ask your local dealer for details, I still keep the original part of cold intake in case I got in trouble.

Warranties can't be 'voided.' Federal law. BMW payment of repair costs from damage directly linked to mods may be denied, but pretty hard to imagine damage from better airflow.
