13 days post op....back in my car

I started a thread awhile back about driving my Z4 after a hip replacement. To my delight, I am 13 days post op and got into my car for a short drive today. I'm not ready to do any sort of real driving since I have to brake with my left (surgery was on the right), but thrilled to get in my car again. Using both the memory functions on the seat really works well (as someone suggested). First memory setting puts the seat high and back and the second takes it into a driving position. Since my car was basically locked up for two weeks, it still smelled new when I opened it up!

That was me and I'm glad it's working for you. Merry Christmas, you're doing great!

Left foot braking is the proper way to drive...You find you'll be much quicker once you get used to it.
