Problem areas to look for?

Heading to look at a 2009 Z4 sDrive 3.0i in the morning. It is a 6M with about 24,000 miles. What kind of things should I be specifically looking for? It is not at a BMW dealership and the closest one is about 70 miles away. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

roof, xenon lights aiming come to mind.

I think with the 30i you get less drivetrain risk than 35i or 35is

I know it's probably late - but I would take any convertible I'm thinking about buying through a car wash.

A $10 investment to know what your getting into and see where (not if...)
