Spring has sprung!

Finally, no snow on the ground; completely melted. Unpacked my car earlier this morning, adjusted tire pressures etc and took her out on the highway for a little over an hour!

Great to be back in the car again for the next 6 months or thereabouts!

Dave

Oh yeah, I'm moving back to Spain tomorrow (spend the last 3 months up north in the snow). So really looking forward to taking my baby out for a nice drive in the mountains with the top down.

Also just ordered JB4 upgrade, currently running JB3. Hopefully that will arrive next week.

Wonder when will be the first time to drive top-down. Can't wait to change back to my summers.

I made the change back to my summers this morning (the god-forbid 296s are back on)!!! Just in case old man winter isn't over yet, I still have my winter set-up on my X5. Can't wait to put those 20" bad boys back on! The top has been down the past few days!

It was 22c in Greece today, drove with the top down. Its unbelievable how much better the car handles with the top down! Maybe those extra 30+ kg off the top balances it out. This car is sure made to be driven with the top down.

Same here, wife and I did a nice top down drive on Friday evening, temps in the low 70's, now today it's back down to around 40. Come on April!

No top down days yet.

It snowed an inch last night, still the occasional flake coming down.
It's always a bit iffy around here until mid april.

Enjoy your sunshine

Had a couple of top-down drives but temps are back down.

Can't wait for April, warmer days, my new 294 wheels and Michelin Pilot Super Sport tires!

Drove home with the top down today. Temps were only in the low 50's, but with the sun out and a sweatshirt on it really wasn't a problem. Have to use those rare sun filled moments in the Pacific Northwest. Rest of the week is all rain again.

Last Friday, when it was still winter, I drove around with the top down at 70F/ 21C. Yesterday, when it was spring, I brushed quite a lot of heavy, wet snow off my car to drive home through the slush after work. There are some spots around here where the ground is visible through holes in the snow, but for the most part the snow is still fairly deep. Spring has yet to spring here.

Premature spring....snow today (about 3 inches) and it's -5c on top of that!

So much for spring (& my Z is back in the garage sadly)

^Yup, me and my big mouth. I was even tempted to change to my summers soon, then the white started flying in. Ugh.

Spring has also sprung (hopefully, finally) in Winterpeg. First wash and wax of the year. Life is good.

Stay clear of 75 going north ... they detoured me yesterday along 14 then in Saskatchewan they make you drive thru the water don't go there either ...
