Really missing my Z and forum

I can't wait for the kids to get situated in college and have their independence so that I have the freedom to get another BMW back into the garage again.

I miss the E89 more than I missed the E92. It will be a couple years before the wife and I get to have another Beemer, so I try to stay away from the site. It's painful to hear all the great things you guys are discussing. The kids education is most important for now. I will be back though. It's in my blood.

See this is the thing that makes me keep my e89. While its not the most practical car, and there are still things that irritate me, I love the car overall and I can see myself selling it and then looking at the replacement car on the drive thinking.. why the hell did I do that.

Good in couple of years the new Z4 will be out

, though I am not sure how they will improve the car aesthetically inside or out.

I too will be hard pressed to sell the Z4 its my 1st car I have ever purchased which creates a pretty strong bond. I probably will keep it for years to come as depreciation in Switzerland is a bomb and 3rd hand market is beyond a joke. Get it wrapped and widebody kit one day.
