I had a can of holts tyreweld in the boot/trunk when i lowered the roof, somehow the can got punctured and the foam went all over the boot and some onto the beige headliner.
Really annoyed as roof shield was down ok (else roof wouldn't lower) so bad design by bmw, and a warning to all here don't put anything liquid/foam in the boot!
Managed to clean boot but headliner stll stained.
Does anyone know of a good cleaner for the tyre weld? Believe it's latex based. Tried warm water, helped a bit but still stained. Thinking of getting some fabric cleaner.
Suppose worst case replace headline, anyone know how much this maybe? I'm in the UK.

Got some BMW upholstery cleaner, will see how it goes.

If that doesnt work just wrap it in suede.

Upholstery cleaner, no good. Asked local bmw how much to change the roof liner, they quoted me 213 pounds inc tax. So not too bad.

STOOF, is wraping easy? Any instructions/sites you know of?

yeah its pretty easy.

Spray glue and suede is all you need.

Im sure you can find plenty of instructional sites/threads if you google it.
