What is the best tire pressure to have for the Michelin PSS. the perfect balance between comfort and performance...

I think the recommended settings are good to accomplish what you are asking. Comfort and performance.

You mean the same settings used on the run-flats and posted on the drivers side door.

folks use the placard on the drivers door. Its meant to be used with all tire setups and is there for safety.
