The Z4 is actually more exclusive since the 6 series is at the end of its design cycle.

Canadian Z4 sales figures available?

I wonder how many Z4 sales there have been in Canada? I also would be interested in knowing what the ratio is between the base and turbo models as it seems from this forum more turbos must be sold.

the car is definately an indulgence at a time when people are trying to be more practical and frugal. The two dont mix well. However, it absolutely is a treat to own and enjoy. I decided it was a birthday present to myself for managing to live so long.

sorry Phuket - I bought my wife a loaded 35i (premium, sport, 19" wheels, cold weather, premium sound, navigation, satellite, auto high beams, etc.) for $68k US sticker (also received a 7% discount off of base price). this is not really a good deal in the US considering current incentives but we did drive a Z4 around Germany and Austria for 8 days plus my wife ordered "her" car

Fewer the better.

In 25 years my collector Z4 will be one of 10 in existence and will be worth 200K US at Barrett-Jackson auction.

Plus I'm sure Z4 sales go down in winter months. In the first days of spring, then folks will start thinking roadster.

2000 is waaay low for world wide Z4 sales. The US did 589 in 2 months. We'll easily hit 2000 sales in 6 months and I bet close to 5k in a year. World wide, I bet 20,000.

Then who would I hang out with when I come over to visit your beautiful country? Maybe we could do a house and car swap for a week? (wives and children not included); then you could get your snow and ice experience out of your system

It was a retirement present to myself, for I know the last shirt has no pockets

Time to live it up and enjoy

My BMW dealer told me until now about 420 Z4 e89 were sold in the Netherlands together.

edit: found extra info...
Found link with sales in Holland...

329 in 2009 0.08% of all sales
167 in 2010 so far 0.05% of all sales

Not bad for a tiny country....
