Slow top closing

My top recently started taking longer to close. Approximately 27 seconds, up from the usual 22 seconds.

It does not get stuck in the process. Just moves slightly slower, primarily while lifting the roof panels out of the trunk.

Salmon relays are new. Hydraulic fluid is full. Pump compartment is dry and pump is free of corrosion. Top harness is new-ish. No codes or warning lights. Battery is new-ish and I typically operate the top with the engine running.

Any thoughts? I have not timed the top opening, but I feel that it is normal.

No idea regarding all your already checked parameters.

I only know slow running from corroded hydraulic pumps or from half-empty reservoirs.

Thanks RobbiZ4

I have another pump that I may swap in to see if there is any change.

Well, I swapped the other hydraulic pump in and all is back to normal!

I wonder what happened with the other pump? Looks pristine!

Did you try loosening the brass Allen screws and re-tightening.

I did not. But I will give that a try if I have any issues in the future!
