Urgent. Smart top torque screw question

I\'m trying to take the torque screw out and hart time pulling out. Is there any easy way to take out? Thanks.

Actually it's the plug. Do I just take pull it out with force? Please help. Thanks.

I think a picture or a few pictures would be helpful along with a more detailed description would be helpful ... what do you think?

Never use force. Send a picture as per Rolf suggestion.
