Urgent. Smart top torque screw question

I\'m trying to take the torque screw out and hart time pulling out. Is there any easy way to take out? Thanks.

Plug

Actually it's the plug. Do I just take pull it out with force? Please help. Thanks.

Never use force. Send a picture as per Rolf suggestion.
