Bmw z4 bosch wipers ? model number ?

BMW Z4 wiper blades ... I know they are Bosch but any model number?

I was supposed to have them changed for free with my first service but they seem to have either forgot or else they do not come free (although I pay for BMW Serenity!!!)

They are replaced once a year for free during your 4 year maintenance period.

Mine were not changed either. I just replaced the rubber inserts because I had them for my other cars, no need to change the whole thing every year.

For example these ones from ebay.de work fine.

This would be true under the policies of BMW NA. Policies in other countries are often different. The original poster is in Belgium.

Thank you for your help guys.

Re: "The original poster is in Belgium." = Your comment is priceless. I'm sure BMW NA would give them for free and give service with a smile, while in Belgium what I got for free for my first service was a FREE small white scratch on my bonnet (near the wheel arch) and a misaligned bumper. They sorted out the mess for free obviously (after telling them) but they never washed my car even after polishing the part that was scratched (it was raining as usual when I took the Z4 to the bodyshop). THAT is the complete difference between US service and Belgian service. Sigh.

Profile-wise identical, even the finished end is exactly the same. Likewise when compared to OEM Jaguar or Toyota blades. I wonder if there is just one manufacturer for these rubbers.

Performance-wise I don't know, it hasn't rained since I installed them couple of months ago.

Same set PN for RH drive. You can use OEM to check your e46 as well.

cool thanks for your help HerrK and the tip!

Drilled down further and now see the option to select left and right hand drive car, I believe that's where you got the information from?

Many thanks!

Not much tips really, I just got them from amazon and using com Gateway to consolidate my other items I am buying from US.

I haven't used the service before but my friend has and he said he was pretty happy with it.

I also got some other car care items from US since they are all about half price compare to Australia so even including shipping I will be much better off to get it from there.

hi guys, I bought the original bosch wipers off ebay (the whole wipers not only the rubber pieces). They fit and do the job perfectly but one minor aesthetic difference ... the driver wiper has no spoiler/plastic bit as did the factory one !

Is there a way of unscrewing the old one and screwing it back on to the new wiper or I have to do without it ? please let me know your experiences ... cheers guys

I just did some research and it looks like the spoiler cannot be removed or replaced from the old wiper.

It appears that you have to buy the genuine wipers that comes with the spoiler such as this:

http://www.amazon.co.uk/BMW-Genuine-...9539171&sr=1-1

oh wells I guess I could always buy a pair with the spoiler once I finished this pair..

Please feel free to correct me if I am wrong as I would love to transfer the spoiler too
