5 series now has a large screen and idrive standard. Nav sys is an option.

My only question is why have the screen pop up and down. Even if you are not always running the nav sys, you would probably be using the idrive for one thing or another, ie the radio, mp3 player, etc

Also the fact that the screen does pop up, it would make me think it would be an option. But idk which is why I brought up that question in the first place.

It's interesting the kidney grille lower air intakes on the front of this one is grey/silver in colour, where all the other ones photographed in the other links (red/black/blue/gold) have black.......

I thought the same, but the one with the titanium kidneys doesn't have the 35i exhaust..... seems odd..

Thumbs up

Is that LCI X5 in front? Looks like it's using LCI 3er's tail-lights.

I believe headlamps and grill are huge...

CS-style seems to become gradually concrete in interior and exterior

but I feel the car still saves some secrets...

I saw that the RPM gauge shows red at 7000 (same as twin turbo 335i), but this car shows one side pipes only. We've seen the dual single pipes before (like the ones on the 335i) assuming that the twin turbo engine was there. But now... what is wrong? the pipes or the Gauge?
Does not make sense that a non-turbo engine will show red at 7000.

If I had to wage a bet I will say no NAV ordered, no iDrive like the 3 series. We will see if I'm right.
