::modmynav.com| Custom coding done - Hardtop down via remote keyFOB!!

Hello guys,

This is Kris from modmynav.com, and finally figured out some codes to get hardtop down via remote keyFOB.

Z4 in the video clip below, doesn't have OEM alarm, Comfort Access or SmartTOP module installed, but still can open the hardtop with all windows at same time.

Also enabled digital speedo and disabled iDrive Disclaimer.

Enjoy and let me know if you have any questions!

Without Comfort Access, you can't open the hardtop with KeyFOB remote,

To get this thing done, you need to get custom coding done on your car.

If anyone from Chicago area, I can do this for you, let me know.

I can open the roof with remote control despite I dont have Comfort Access. The car is stock, no coding, European. Althouh I cant close the roof with remote... I guess for closingvia remote Comfort access is needed.

Yes you can, if you do not live in the US.

I can put down my roof with the remote key fob... but cannot close it. I do not have the CA module..

I am pretty much interested though on the "disable the iDrive disclaimer" Plz PM on how you did that... Thanks

Yes you can Samiti...

Those who have the NA Z4, will need a CA module to open their roof with a key fob...
