Radio is "Stereo" instead of "HIFI"

So I have a 2014 Z4, I noticed the Gong, PDC, and voice control were WAY too loud with BMW confirming that.

I went into the hidden menu and under audio it says Audiosystem:stereo
instead of "hifi"
This is a 2014 so it came with hifi and in NCS expert the VO has 676 (hifi) and the vin decoder shows that as well.

So somehow the coding got switched from hifi to stereo.

Is there a way to code it back to hifi? Looking through the forums its mentioned to add 676 to my VO, but it's already there and recoding with that doesn't fix the issue.
Any help would be awesome
