M Bumper Retrofit Question !

Hi,
I've just replaced my standard bumper by the M model.

The following lips was included with the kit and seem to be required;
Part 7


But I really don't understand how to mount it because it comes in conflict with the other part 2


Can somebody help me with a photo of an origin M mounting ?

It is just a stronger reinforcement piece that actually is exposed to the underside of the car. It overlaps the bit from the wheel well

I don't understand how to mount the part B with the part A already installed.
Or maybe on the original M equipment there's no part A but only the part B.

A photo of an original M installation may help me.

Impossible to find any information on the web.
